By accessing or using Project Law Rune ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Project Law Rune is a third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Jagex Ltd or RuneScape.

2. Description of Service

Project Law Rune provides RuneScape player tracking services, including:

• Player statistics tracking and historical data
• XP and level gain monitoring
• Achievement tracking and notifications
• Leaderboards and community features
• Group Ironman (GIM) tracking

All data is gathered from publicly available sources, including the official RuneScape Hiscores API.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Tracker Claims

4.1 Claiming Trackers

Users may claim player trackers to unlock additional features. You agree to:

• Only claim trackers for accounts you own
• Not claim trackers belonging to other players
• Accept that false claims may result in permanent account suspension

4.2 Verification

We may require verification that you own the RuneScape account associated with a claimed tracker. Failure to provide verification may result in the tracker being unclaimed.

5. Premium Features

Certain customization features require a one-time payment. Premium features include:

• Custom name effects and animations
• Profile icons and customization options
• Enhanced profile visibility

Refund Policy: All premium purchases are final and non-refundable. Premium features are tied to specific claimed trackers and will be removed if the tracker is unclaimed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or abuse our API beyond reasonable use
• Impersonate other users or claim trackers you do not own
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Manipulate or falsify tracking data
• Use automation or bots to abuse the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Project Law Rune and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

RuneScape and all related trademarks and logos are the property of Jagex Ltd. We claim no ownership of these materials.

8. Data and Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of tracking data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected
• The availability of the Service at any time

Data accuracy depends on the RuneScape Hiscores API and may be delayed or incorrect.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features, if any, in the past 12 months.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs and services, including:

• RuneScape Hiscores API (Jagex Ltd)
• Payment processors for premium features
• Hosting and infrastructure providers

We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
